Explore the Rows: Wander through our beautifully laid-out patches. We grow classic orange carving pumpkins, ghost-white pumpkins, quirky knobbly gourds, and sweet culinary squashes.
Measure & Pay: Bring your haul back to our rustic wash-and-weight station at the farm desk. Pumpkins are priced simply by size, so you only pay for what you pick.
Photo Ops Galore: Before you head to the car, make sure to make use of our beautifully designed autumn photo backdrops, straw bales, and vintage displays for the perfect family snapshot.
📌 Top Tip: Autumn weather in Lancashire can be beautifully unpredictable! The patch can get quite muddy, so we highly recommend digging out your wellies and old outdoor clothes to make the most of your trudge through the fields.

Lovely little place. Everyone was friendly and was perfect activities for kids! Great deals on the pumpkins so don’t be shy! We got all 5 pumpkins for £20! Lovely dahlias Patch and flower beds 🥰
A beautiful farm with gorgeous staff to match.
I visit for pumpkins every year but have never been for flowers before! The fields are stunning, flowers are beautiful and its really easy to get round. The staff are wonderful, in particular Grace, who is so kind. She even gave me a free sunflower 🌻. Loved the little caravan and enjoyed a red velvet cupcake which was a lovely treat. Cant wait to come again! Super dog friendly and all round gorgeous place to visit.
This was our first visit to Holmeswood flower farm but definitely won’t be our last. What a fab place. We went in search of sunflowers and were not disappointed in the size quality and the price per stem to be able to cut our own fresh sunflowers! What did surprise us was the scale of the British grown garden flowers also available for cutting yourself, and again so reasonably priced. Farmer Grace was so welcoming and generous with her time, enthusiasm and knowledge. The farm is a credit to her and her team. With on site refreshments and play facilities for children the farm is a fab place to visit and spend an afternoon.
A truly wonderful place to visit. First went in 2022 for pumpkin picking and it was so much fun and have been back every year since, plus the added bonus of sunflower picking last year and just had a visit this weekend to do more of the same. Great place to meet with friends and their kids. Loads for them to do and it’s dog friendly also. Farmer Grace and the rest of the team are just super friendly. Definitely recommend. See you soon.
